Q. The extension is not working
A. The extension may not function correctly if experimental features that modify how the web operates are enabled. For example, disabling "GPU Process: DOM Rendering" can prevent access to the extension's settings page. Please ensure such settings are appropriately configured. Additionally, using an OS in beta or a browser like Safari Technology Preview may introduce bugs that are beyond immediate resolution and require a fix from Apple. If none of these steps resolve the issue, please request a refund first, and then contact us via email with the following details: a description of the bug, your device model (e.g., iPhone 15), browser version (if applicable), OS version, and the website address.
